Hokage's office

The Hokage sat at his office and sighed. He never knew being the Hokage could be so boring, he hoped for a ninja to walk in soon, asking for a team or a mission or at least something. He carried on signing paperwork, as usual and waited for something at least mildly interesting to happen.

Walks In and tells the hokage "Im Leaving the village and there is nothing you can do to stop me"
throws headband to the the ground

The Hokage sat at his desk, a young ninja walked in yelling about leaving the village.
"Are you sure you wish to do this? You're a valued Chunin and this could be one of the biggest mistakes of your life. Do you honestly wish to leave Konoha? Why do you want to leave Konoha? This makes no sense!"
Using his great speed, Iwata leaped over the desk and over Ryu Uchiha, blocking the way out.
"You do realise once you do this, once you leave my office, you are no longer a Konoha ninja, unless you put your headband back on. You could have been a great ninja, possibly even stronger than those of the ANBU. But if you leave now, you'll never know what could have been" The Hokage stopped, waiting for a reply.

[Ryu Uchiha]

He Stood there for a while and pick up his headband and said 'So be it Lord Hokage I Shall stay But Only to advance in my skills as a ninja'. He waited for the hokage to reply.

"I'm glad you changed your mind, even if it is for selfish reasons." The Hokage sat down at his desk and picked up a scroll. "Go do some trainig. When you think you're ready come back here. I have a C Rank Mission for you. You're dismissed." The Hokage waved a hand non-chalantly at Ryu, and returned to his paperwork.

Accepts the Offer and walks out of office, while giving the hokage a glare form his sharingan
And says "One week of training and i shall take this mission of yours i have been wanting to test out a new jutsu"
Continues his walk to the training grounds.
But Bumps into old Childhood friend a has a word with him in private.

The Hokage sighed as the Ninja left. Who knew such a gifted Ninja could be so full of Malice. Maybe keeping him here would be a mistake. But he couldn't kick him out without reason... The Hokage sighed once more and called out to the guards to close his office door. Such a promosing young ninja...
"I hope he doesn't turn out like HE once did... The legendary ninja of old, who betrayed Konoha and even attempted on the all the Kage's lifes. Please let him be succesful..." The Hokage sighed one final time, and returned to his boring paperwork in the middle of his office. His dreary, searing hot office.

[Ryu Uchiha]

Opens the office door and walks in with a destinct look on his face and walks over to the hokage and kneels.
"So Lord Hokage i have finished my training and have returned to ask what is this mission you ask me of"
Looks up at the hokage with his sharingan activated with a serious look on his face.
Waits for the hokage to reply.

The Hokage looks down at this Ninja over his desk.
" You may stand Ninja" the hokage said. He picks up the scroll and hands it to the Ninja." you are to escort a travelling merchant to a nearby village. He's carry an important serum said to be even stronger than the soldier pill, only with no side effects. Naturally he will be targeted by Ninja's wanting to be stronger but I only suspect Ninja's who are stupid enough to attempt to steal it to try. You are to go meet the merchant at Konoha Gate and escort him thirty miles to the small village. He has a horse but you must travel on foot so you can intercept any ninja's who may attack efficently and quickly." The Hokage stood up. "You may leave now. Should you get into trouble, which I doubt you will, take this small scroll, and send some chakra into it. It will indicate me of your peril and I will assist you myself." The Hokage waved the Ninja out again.

[Ryu Uchiha]

Stands Up and looks at the hokage with a dissapointed look on his face, but excepts the mission takes the scroll.
He turns around and walks out the door and says"by the way i can preform three chidori's now"
continues his walk towards the konoha gates but stops for some tea first.
But while with sharingan he looks towards a building and notices three anbu black opps scouting out the area.
Finishes Tea and heads towards the konaha gates to start his mission.

Iwata watched the Ninja leave. He turned to his paperwork and sighed. How dull being the Hokage was. He thought he owuld be doing more than sitting at a desk doing nothing all day. He missed the rush of the wind as he pursued renegade ninjas. He missed the sweat dripping from his forehead when he was a tightspot. The rush of adrenaline from incapacitating his oppenents with a flashy jutsu. Maybe Iwata wasn't cut out for this job. Maybe he should step down and go train somewhere... But all the people in Konoha wanted him to be Kage. Could he turn his back on all of them? Iwata sat at his desk and crashed his on the table with a loud thump. He let out a disgruntled sigh.
EDIT: A knock came from his door and a chunin entered.
"Forgive my interuption lord Hokage but the man who was assigned that Uchiha kid to protect him wants to have a word with you"
The Hokage stood up, eager to leave his office.
"Thankyou, I'll be on my way" The Hokage brushed past the Chunin.
